With over 65 years of critical care nursing experience combined, Liberty Creek Hospice is a family-owned hospice agency led by a group of three siblings that aim to not only set their own standards, but exceed them. They strive to provide you with only the best palliative care and hospice experience possible.

Neng Cabatu Garcia, RN

Chief Executive Officer

Neng is an intelligent, hard-working and enthusiastic critical care nurse who has worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the University Medical Center in Las Vegas for 20 years. Having demonstrated excellent work ethic, superb clinical skills and superior level of medical knowledge along with her unique blend of humor and positive energy, she has taken her receptiveness to new knowledge to learn and excel in a field that focuses on providing only the best possible palliative and hospice services with utmost care.

Celestine Cabatu, RN

Chief Operations Officer,
Director of Patient Care Services

For the past 20 years, Celestine has been a Registered Nurse who has specialized at intensive care units of both Summerlin Hospital Medical Center & University Medical Center here in Las Vegas. With expertise in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of critically unstable patients in an ICU-setting, she is able to apply such skills as Liberty Creek Hospice's Director of Patient Care Services to manage the priorities that hospice requires in an environment geared towards the provision of safe and competent patient care.

John Cabatu, RN, BSN

Chief Financial Officer

Having completed his Bachelors of Science in Nursing in the Philippines, John has showcased his 24 years of hard work and dedication in the city of Las Vegas as a critical care nurse in the cardiology department at University Medical Center. John has taken his good moral character, dependability, leadership skills and his willingness to take over new challenges and responsibilities to the hospice industry with the goals he and his siblings have established to provide uncompromising comfort through compassionate care.
