How We Got Started
Liberty Creek Hospice has been serving Las Vegas since 2016. Started by three siblings that are all Registered Nurses, we were founded with the ideal of providing uncompromising comfort through compassionate care.

Through every step of the way, every patient and their loved ones are given a circle of support committed to the best medical services we aim to provide you with, all while providing emotional and spiritual support.

In all aspects of hospice care, we strive to not only set our own standards, but to exceed them. This is marked by the innate passion and commitment that every member of our team carries and possesses, measured by the services we render. The results we get are far greater than what any hospice can offer.
The Liberty Creek Hospice Way
At Liberty Creek Hospice, we have pride in the beliefs we hold. We believe that if there is a course of treatment that may assist in a patient's way of life, we will not deny or discontinue it.

We will accept any hospice-eligible patient, no matter how complex the medical condition, treatment or needs may be. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, age, gender, marital status, disability or mental condition.

We take pride in our disciplinary team that is comprised to handle any and every case each one of our patients have. Our team of physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, nursing aides, chaplains, social workers and volunteers collaborate closely on a weekly-basis to discuss and agree with a plan of care that addresses every patient and their loved one's needs.
